Adult Fitness Schedule Beginning Monday
the 13th September
DOOLIN:
Monday Morning 10-11am
Tuesday & Thursday 8-9pm
ENNISTYMON community centre
Wednesday & Friday 8-9pm
Theses classes use the Interval Training method using a combination of high
and low intensity Aerobics and Step, Body Conditioning; toning all over, &
Circuit Training.
During these classes you will use a step, dumbbells, a stability ball and a
mat.
Please bring a mat
