Aerobics
& Body conditioning a mixer of cardio exercise and body toning. It is
suited for all levels and will definitely improve fitness levels, weight
loss and body toning. During the aerobics, you will use dance exercise
steps to improve your fitness levels. During body conditioning a
stability ball and dumbbells will be provided. These along with floor
exercises will improve your strength and body toning. Come try it out.
The class is fun and has a big crowd of people of all different levels.

body workout is a workout for those who seriously want to lose weight and
become fit. The hour will include an intense cardio workout and different
exercises to strengthen the body and define your muscles and finish with a
mixed circuit. This class will be for the people who are looking for fun
physical challenge.
